This is a language blog, and so the quotes have to reflect that. Today’s quote is from George Orwell.

I nominate:
Orwell would have had a field day with the current political rhetoric. All we get now is straight out of the Two Minutes Hate.
Somewhere, Orwell’s ghost is rolling its eyes and saying “Told you!”
